• New: every page redesigned (September 29). Each calculator opens on the tool and draws its answer as a bar with the regulation's cap marked; OHA leases and PPM estimates can be saved and compared in your browser; guides have a summary, a table of contents and links to each section; the home page shows the OHA sheets on file.
• Fixed: the summary of how DTMO sets OHA rates said every sheet on file was dated July 16, 2026. Five are dated September 16, Guam's August 16, and the UK's and Bahrain's July 16 (September 29).
• Fixed: the OHA calculator's rate table now shows the sheet for the country you pick, with your grade's column marked, instead of always showing Japan (September 29).
• Fixed: the PPM (DITY) calculator now marks an advance over the 60% limit as a warning instead of an ordinary result line (September 29).
• New: three PCS guides — the PPM claim packet in DFAS's own filing order, what Dislocation Allowance is (no rate table, deliberately), and which PCS allowance covers what (September 21).
• New: three OHA guides — what OHA covers, OHA for sharers and dual-military couples, and how DTMO sets and updates its rates (September 21).
• New: OHA calculator for Japan, Germany, South Korea, Italy, the United Kingdom, Spain, Bahrain and Guam, from DTMO's current sheets (September 19).
• New: PPM (DITY) move calculator (September 19).
• Fixed: the weight allowance tool now applies JTR par. 051304: pro gear (PBP&E) up to 2,000 lb, spouse pro gear only with Secretarial Process approval, and empty gun safes up to 500 lb within the 18,000 lb cap (September 19). Service academy cadets now see the member pro gear allowance too, and the section on moving yourself names the Government's Constructed Cost as the basis for settlement.
